hossainelAuthor To activate SMS feature you may need twillo or other SMS getway. If SMS issue happens we can give you a free support. No worries.
Ticket features only works from admin/manager/stuff section. We are improving the fracture so a client can set up tickets or view tickets and other works with GDPR regulations. Just wait for our next update. Hope we will lunch it soon.
Go it. so how to check client portal? i am having a hard time checking it .
hossainelAuthor Client portal works when you add a client with email/phone and name then
a client can register at that time and they can create password. for login in future.
when a client is logged in, it only shows the profile of GDPR only.
Other pages or modules can be added as like as dashboard and purchase history and tickets.

hossainelAuthor No need to re install; just exxtract the zip folder inside the script or main folder. [the same folder where is public folder, not inside public folder]

Hi Hossainel. i managed doing it . now the issue is for white label level , i upload logo dark , light and sm but they still broken and i am even not able to see them from admin dashboard side
hossainelAuthor Please use PNG image (hope you used PNG image format). And if not fixed yet, Please share your domain name and admin credentials. It is working good from my side. I could verify what is wrong going on with you.

about cache i already applied i wonder whether should i upload them from public/storage/whitelabel or storage/app/public/whitelabel or from dashboard
hossainelAuthor It was designed to separate white label and user avatar/images. Checkthe view the image are showing correct references and directory has the correct permissions. Permissions must be 775.
