Currently, my code is working with PHP 5.4. Please upgrade your PHP when PHP 5.3 is old and will not be supported soon.

its work now after editing the redirect url .but its using full I/O Usage 1 / 1 MB/s of may shared hosting account which make my website offline for few minutes............

Please enable finfo in WHM for picasa uploading. I need to you to enable this extensions on your server http://php.net/manual/en/book.fileinfo.php
Picasa only allow 100MB via google API. No way to increase to 1GB.
For vk, please check application domain in the settings page {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"redirect_uri is incorrect, check application domain in the settings page"}

also i notice that is taking too longer than ur website
the video uploaded but on my website it still loading the page why

and whene its done loadint it gives me "504 Gateway Time-out"
